To open this module one has to login 3DT ERP using

userId: Admin

Pwd: Admin

And navigate to Sales-> Books ->Invoice

items can be created in Bulk or individualy.

You can create Items independently through Master Button or through Master->Items->Item menu.

Like wise you can create multiple items in one shot through Master-> bulk->Item menu.

You have to download the excel template, fill them and upload the same to wizard for bulk insert. Their is also provision for Bulk HSN import, through this you can create all your HSN used in your business in one shot.

Modification feature

Modification of invoices, masters and other instruments in 3DT is simple.

To initiate Modification you have to click on Modify button and then make changes to the fields. When you click on Save button, the following summary would be shown

After confirming the changes you need to click on Proceed button to save or Cancel button to abort the save operation.

Dynamic Item Name and Pricing

In today’s complex and competitive business, one need to provide a standard and competitive pricing for items we sell to customers. 3DT has category and dynamic pricing concepts to overcome these challenges. We have 5 selling price category in Item master.

Dynamic naming & pricing option could be created through “Party Description” module available in Master->Item->Party Description menu.

Print feature

We have a print configuration wizard which will help you to setup your invoice and help you to include headers and footers for invoice print outs. We can also configure authorized signature in to system which could be used for pdf generation.
